Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your booking, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Application Fees if required, is non-refundable; there are no refunds for online rental payments; other on-line payments are refunded on a case by case basis, fill out contact form here or email: [email protected]. Security deposits are refunded in accordance with the law.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
