No! two people cannot book a house at the same time. A reserved house will automatically indicate in the booking calendar making it impossible for a rebook.

We shall refund incase your issue complies with our Refund Policies. We refund amount which has not been utilized on accommodation.

You are supposed to pay in an 1hr's time , a 60% of the full amount upon reserving a house. Failure to that will have the house reservation revoked to help those who are ready to reserve and make payment.

A cancellation is possible if the payment terms has been breeched.

You an request to cancel your reservation within 3days from day you reserved. You will be refunded the rent.
